Some of my goods are missing from my order, what shall I do?
Depending on the size of your order we may have to send it separately for example a poster and a Feed the Bird mug will be two parcels as the poster comes in a poster tube.
What do I do if I have been charged incorrectly?
If you notice an error we will be happy to look into this for you. Please email the shop.
The products says none in stock. Are you getting more in?
You will only be able to order if we have stock available at the shop. If you email the shop we can inform you of when we will be getting more in and if you are happy will email you back once in stock.
